Rev. Edward P. Pepka, A.B., M.Div., S.T.M., Ph.D. is a priest of the Diocese of Sacramento. He has taught theology on every level from the seventh grade to graduate studies in Massachusetts, California, and Kenya. His favorite area of studies is the early Church, with a special interest in the early papacy. His general expertise covers the history of the Catholic Tradition.
Rev. Pepka has served the Church in East Africa, in his home parish in Natick, Mass., in several parishes in the Diocese of Sacramento, and at St. Francis Catholic High School, where he was full-time chaplain. As an Adjunct Professor of Theology at the University of Sacramento, he recognized the need for adult theological education in the Sacramento area.
Parochial Vicar at Presentation Parish, Sacramento, he holds two weekly sessions of Coffee & Catholicism, an adult study group.
